286.5-571 Resolution of consolidation or conversion to be filed with commissioner. If conversion, merger or consolidation as provided in KRS 286.5-561 is authorized, a <br>copy of the resolutions adopted with respect thereto, verified by the affidavit of the <br>president or a vice president and the secretary or assistant secretary of the association, <br>shall be filed in the office of the commissioner within ten (10) days from the date of the <br>meeting. Effective: July 15, 2010 <br>History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 693, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 1964 Ky. Acts ch. 138, sec. 43, effective June 18, 1964. Formerly codified as KRS 289.571. <br>Legislative Research Commission Note (7/12/2006). In accordance with 2006 Ky. Acts ch. 247, secs. 38 and 39, this statute has been renumbered as a section of the <br>Kentucky Financial Services Code, KRS Chapter 286, and KRS references within <br>this statute have been adjusted to conform with the 2006 renumbering of that code.
