286.5-541 Acting as fiscal agent of U. S. Any association may act as a fiscal agent for the United States solely for the purpose of <br>sale and redemption of United States savings bonds when so designated by the Secretary <br>of the Treasury. Effective: June 18, 1964 <br>History: Created 1964 Ky. Acts ch. 138, sec. 36, effective June 18, 1964. <br>Formerly codified as KRS 289.541. <br>Legislative Research Commission Note (7/12/2006).
