286.4-630 Review of commissioner's rulings. In addition to any other available remedy, any person considering himself aggrieved by <br>any act or omission of the commissioner may, within thirty (30) days from the date of <br>such act or failure to act, bring an action in the Circuit Court in and for Franklin County <br>to review such act or omission. The hearing before the court shall be based on the record <br>before the commissioner and the commissioner's findings, if any, and on such new <br>evidence as may be introduced. Effective: July 15, 2010 <br>History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 671, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 204, sec. 23, effective June 16, 1960.
