277.210 Air brake, passenger trains required to have. No passenger train shall be run without an air brake, or some equally effective appliance <br>for controlling the speed of trains, that can be applied by the engineer to each car <br>composing the train, and that shall at all times be kept in good condition and ready for <br>use.
