277.110 Contract or lease under which railroad is operated to be recorded. Every person operating a railroad in this state under a contract or lease shall, within thirty <br>(30) days after the contract or lease is executed, have it recorded in the office of the <br>Secretary of State and in the office of the county clerk of each county in which the road or <br>any part thereof lies.
