(Effective until January 1, 2011) A limited liability company that changes the mailing address of its principal office shall <br>deliver to the Secretary of State for filing, on a form supplied by the Secretary of State, a <br>statement of change that sets forth: <br>(1) The name of the limited liability company; <br>(2) The mailing address of its principal office prior to the change; and <br>(3) The new mailing address of its principal office. Effective: July 15, 1994 <br>History: Created 1994 Ky. Acts ch. 389, sec. 8, effective July 15, 1994. 275.040 Statement of change of mailing address. (Effective January 1, 2011) <br>A limited liability company that changes the mailing address of its principal place of <br>business shall comply with KRS 14A.5-010.
