273.369 Charges collected by Secretary of State. (Repealed, effective January 1, 2011) The Secretary of State shall charge and collect: <br>(1) For furnishing a certified copy of any document, instrument, or paper relating to a corporation, fifty cents (&#36;0.50) per page and five dollars (&#36;5) for the certificate and <br>affixing the seal thereto. (2) At the time of any service of process on him as resident agent of a corporation, ten dollars (&#36;10), which amount may be recovered as taxable costs by the party to the <br>suit or action causing such service to be made if such party prevails in the suit or <br>action. Effective: July 15, 1986 <br>History: Repealed 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 151, effective January 1, 2011. -- Amended 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 204, sec. 7, effective July 15, 1986. -- Created 1976 Ky. <br>Acts ch. 27, sec. 16. Legislative Research Commission Note (1/1/2011). 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 151, has repealed this statute effective January 1, 2011.
