269.250 County engineer to remove obstructions not removed by owner -- Lien for and payment of cost. The county engineer shall remove any obstruction not removed by the property owner <br>within sixty (60) days after having been notified. The county engineer shall do this work <br>in the same manner as road work is done in the county. He or his deputies shall keep an <br>accurate account of the cost of the work and charge it against the property owner whose <br>duty it was to do it. This cost shall be a lien upon the land and shall be added to the tax <br>bill next due to the county. Effective: October 1, 1942 <br>History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
