A deed conveying an interest in the restricted land shall set forth the language of the <br>assessment restrictions verbatim. Within thirty (30) days of a change in ownership of the <br>restricted land, the prior owner shall notify the PACE board in writing of the name and <br>address of the new owner, together with the volume and page of the deed book in which <br>the transfer has been recorded.
