CHAPTER 262 SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION
262.590 State agencies and subdivisions to cooperate with district.
Download pdfof, any state-owned lands, and of any governmental subdivision of the state which has
jurisdiction over, or is charged with the administration of, any publicly-owned lands,
lying within the boundaries of any district, shall cooperate to the fullest extent with the
boards of those districts in the effectuation of programs and operations undertaken by the
board under this chapter. The boards of such districts may, with consent of such agencies
of this state, enter and perform work upon the publicly-owned lands. Effective: October 1, 1942
