CHAPTER 262 SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION
262.290 Board may acquire, maintain and dispose of property -- Other laws not to apply.

may dispose of any of its property or interests in furtherance of this chapter. (2) The board may construct, improve and maintain structures necessary or convenient for the performance of operations authorized by this chapter. (3) No statute relating to the acquisition, operation or disposition of property by public bodies shall apply to a district unless the General Assembly specifically so states. Effective: October 1, 1942
