262.230 Board chairman -- Quorum.

262.230 Board chairman -- Quorum. (1) The board shall select a chairman and may, from time to time, change that selection. <br>(2) A majority of the supervisors shall constitute a quorum and the concurrence of a majority shall be necessary for a determination of the board.
