261.250 Cooperation with representatives of department. Each stockyard owner or licensee shall, during ordinary business hours, permit any <br>authorized representative of the department to enter his place of business and inspect any <br>or all property in his possession or control, and all records pertaining to the business of <br>the stockyard owner or licensee, and make copies thereof. Any necessary facilities for <br>such inspection shall be extended to such representative by the stockyard owner or <br>licensee. Effective: June 17, 1954 <br>History: Created 1954 Ky.
