Permitted producers' bulk milk tanks shall be accurately calibrated upon installation. <br>Bulk milk tank calibrations shall be evaluated for accuracy after January 1, 2001, by the <br>Kentucky Department of Agriculture or at the request of the director or the permitted <br>producer.
