260.020 Office for Agricultural Marketing and Product Promotion -- Executive director.

(1) The Office for Agricultural Marketing and Product Promotion in the Department of Agriculture shall be under the supervision of the Commissioner, and shall consist of <br>personnel determined and appointed by the Commissioner. (2) The Office for Agricultural Marketing and Product Promotion shall be headed by an executive director appointed by the Commissioner. (3) The Commissioner may promulgate administrative regulations to carry out the provisions of any programs established under the Office for Agricultural Marketing <br>and Product Promotion, and may establish fees for the administration of those <br>programs.
