247.992 Penalty. Any person who violates subsection (3) of KRS 247.145 shall be fined not less than ten <br>dollars (&#36;10) nor more than one hundred dollars (&#36;100), or imprisoned in jail for not less <br>than one (1) day or more than ten (10) days or both.
