247.852 Activity not deemed restraint of trade. No association meeting or activity undertaken in pursuance of the provisions of KRS <br>247.850 to 247.865 and intended to benefit all of the producers, retailers, and handlers of <br>eggs shall be deemed or considered illegal or in restraint of trade.
