(1) No assessment levied under KRS 247.7900 to 247.7928 shall be effective as long as the Federal Pork Promotion, Research, and Consumer Information Act of 1985 is in <br>effect. (2) If the federal act is terminated or suspended, any assessment levied under KRS 247.7900 to 247.7928 shall become effective and shall be collected and utilized <br>according to the provisions of KRS 247.7900 to 247.7928.
