247.745 Commissioner to supervise referendum -- Expenses. The manner, conduct, and management of any referendum held under the provisions of <br>KRS 247.710 to 247.785 shall be under the supervision and direction of the <br>Commissioner of Agriculture, and any and all expenses in connection therewith shall be <br>borne by the association conducting the referendum. History: Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 265, sec. 8.
