247.477 Commissioner to supervise referendum -- Expenses. The manner, conduct, and management of any referendum held under the provisions of <br>KRS 247.450 to 247.505 shall be under the supervision and direction of the <br>Commissioner of Agriculture, and any and all expenses in connection therewith shall be <br>borne by commission, council, board or other agency certified in accordance with the <br>provisions of KRS 247.450 to 247.505. History: Created 1968 Ky. Acts ch. 171, sec. 9.
