247.4467 Referendum to be supervised by Commissioner. The manner, conduct, and management of any referendum held under the provisions of <br>KRS 247.4451 to 247.4483 shall be under the supervision and direction of the <br>Commissioner of Agriculture, and any and all expenses in connection therewith shall be <br>borne by the commission, council, board, or other agency certified in accordance with the <br>provisions of KRS 247.4451 to 247.4483. Effective: July 13, 1990 <br>History: Created 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 167, sec. 9, effective July 13, 1990. <br>Legislative Research Commission Note (9/24/96). References in this statute to the range created by 1990 Ky.
