247.4451 Promotion of milk production in public interest. It is declared to be in the interest of the public welfare that Kentucky farmers who are <br>producers of milk shall be permitted and encouraged to act jointly in promoting and <br>stimulating, by educational and applied research programs, the increased production of <br>this agricultural commodity.
