247.423 Steering committee. From the council membership, the chairman shall name three (3) members, at least two <br>(2) of whom shall be full-time farmers, who, along with the chairman, and the executive <br>director, shall serve as the steering committee. The steering committee shall be <br>responsible for the execution of duties and functions assigned to the council. Effective: April 12, 1982 <br>History: Amended 1982 Ky.
