If any part of KRS 247.401 to 247.4027 is declared invalid or unconstitutional, that declaration shall <br>not affect the part which remains. (2) KRS 247.401 to 247.4027 shall apply only to causes of action which arise on or after July 15, 1996. Effective: July 15, 1996 <br>History: Created 1996 Ky.
