247.110 Officers of fair board. The State Fair Board shall elect annually from among the members the Governor shall <br>appoint a chairman and a vice chairman. The board shall elect and employ a secretary <br>who shall be responsible directly to the board as the keeper of all records pertaining to the <br>operation of the fair or the business of the board. The president and chief executive <br>officer provided for in KRS 247.130 shall be ex officio treasurer to the board. Effective: July 13, 1990 <br>History: Amended 1990 Ky.
