247.010 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise: <br>(1) &quot;Board&quot; means the State Board of Agriculture; <br>(2) &quot;Commissioner&quot; means Commissioner of Agriculture; <br>(3) &quot;Department&quot; means the Department of Agriculture.
