CHAPTER 236 BOILER AND PRESSURE VESSEL SAFETY
236.220 Procedure for suspension or revocation of license.
Download pdfsuspension shall be given to the licensee by the chief boiler inspector within ten
(10) days of the first notification of the violation. A person whose license has been
suspended may appeal to the board, and a hearing shall be conducted in accordance
with KRS Chapter 13B. (2) If the board has reason to believe that a licensee is no longer qualified to hold his license, the board shall hold a hearing to be conducted in accordance with KRS
Chapter 13B. If, as a result of the hearing, the board finds that the licensee is no
longer qualified to hold his license, the board shall state in a final order that the
license is revoked or suspended. (3) A person whose license has been suspended may apply for reinstatement of the license after ninety (90) days from the date of the suspension. Effective: July 15, 1996
