Any person who violates or aids in the violation of any provision of KRS 227A.020 shall <br>be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than five hundred <br>dollars (&#36;500) nor more than five thousand dollars (&#36;5,000), or sentenced to jail for not <br>less than ten (10) nor more than one hundred eighty (180) days, or both.
