224.43.720 Amount of assistance.

224.43-720 Amount of assistance. Eligible recipients may receive financial assistance equal to a maximum of fifty percent <br>(50%) of the cost of the planning activity. Financial assistance provided may be used to <br>employ staff, contract with other units of government or qualified consultants, and pay <br>administrative costs involved in plan preparation. Recipients may meet their share of <br>planning costs by cash and contributed services. Assistance may not be used for any <br>acquisition of land or interest in land, equipment, or waste management system <br>operational activities.
