224.43-320 Inspectors for municipal solid waste landfills -- Exception. Effective July 1, 1992, the cabinet shall assign the equivalent of a full-time inspector to <br>each municipal solid waste landfill operating in Kentucky. The provision of this section <br>shall not apply to a waste site or facility which is operated exclusively by a solid waste <br>generator on property owned by the solid waste generator for the purpose of accepting <br>industrial solid waste from the solid waste generator. Effective: February 26, 1991 <br>History: Created 1991 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 12, sec. 41, effective February 26, 1991. Formerly codified as KRS 224.8863.
