224.30-185 Adoption and enforcement of ordinances to implement plan. Local governments may adopt and enforce ordinances necessary to implement the noise <br>control plan and any other program adopted pursuant to KRS 224.30-175. <br>Such ordinances shall not be stricter than the standards promulgated by the state and <br>federal governments. Effective: June 21, 1974 History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 99, sec. 14, effective June 21, 1974 . Formerly codified as KRS 224.795.
