224.30-145 Annual report. The secretary shall prepare annually a report to the Governor and the Legislature on his <br>progress in abating and preventing noise, including the secretary's recommendations for <br>any further legislation needed to implement the state's policy as stated in KRS 224.30-<br>100. The first such report shall be submitted at the next regular session after June 21, <br>1974. Effective: June 21, 1974 History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 74, Art.
