224.20-320 Standards for asbestos abatement or removal. Notwithstanding any statute or regulation to the contrary, the facilities of those entities <br>defined in KRS 278.010(3) shall be required to comply solely with the National Emission <br>Standards for Asbestos, of the United States Environmental Protection Agency and <br>applicable rules and regulations of the United States Occupational Safety and Health <br>Administration, and the Kentucky Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board, for <br>purposes of asbestos abatement or removal. Effective: April 8, 1988 <br>History: Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 413, sec. 4, effective April 8, 1988. <br>Formerly codified as KRS 224.570.
