217.952 Laetrile not to be sold in interstate commerce, penalty. Amygdalin (laetrile) manufactured in this state shall not be sold in interstate commerce. <br>Violation of this prohibition is cause for immediate revocation of the license to <br>manufacture, sell, or distribute amygdalin (laetrile). This does not preclude other legal <br>action permitted under state and federal criminal statutes. Effective: July 15, 1980 <br>History: Created 1980 Ky.
