217.905 Definitions.

217.905 Definitions. As used in KRS 217.907 to 217.917: <br>(1) &quot;Legend drug&quot; means any drug defined by the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended, and under which definition its label is required to bear the <br>statement &quot;Caution: Federal law prohibits dispensing without prescription.&quot; (2) &quot;Distributor&quot; means any person, corporation, or other entity which distributes for resale a legend drug under its own label even though it is not the actual <br>manufacturer of the legend drug. (3) &quot;Solid dosage form&quot; means capsules, tablets, or similar legend drug products intended for oral administration. (4) &quot;Board&quot; means the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy.
