217.128 Enforcement of state fire regulations. The state fire marshal or other duly authorized agents or representatives or other <br>authorized agents pursuant to KRS Chapter 227 shall administer and enforce all state fire <br>regulations, laws, standards of safety, and regulations adopted by the commissioner of <br>housing, buildings and construction relating to retail food establishments. Effective: July 15, 2010 <br>History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 322, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 458, sec. 5, effective July 13, 1990.
