216A.120 Courses of instruction -- Approval of out-of-state courses. If the board finds that there are not courses of instruction and training sufficient in <br>quantity and quality to meet the requirements of this chapter conducted within the state, it <br>may conduct one or more such courses, and shall make provisions for such courses and <br>their accessibility to residents of this state. The board may approve courses conducted <br>within and without this state as sufficient to meet the education and training requirements <br>of this chapter. History: Created 1970 Ky.
