211.991 Penalty for violation of KRS 211.670. (1) Any person who intentionally violates any of the provisions of KRS 211.670 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. (2) The penalty provided for in subsection (1) of this section shall not be construed as restricting any remedy, provisional or otherwise, provided by law for the benefit of <br>the Department for Public Health.
