All persons certified pursuant to KRS 211.9063 or 211.9069, all training programs <br>accredited pursuant to KRS 211.9065 or 211.9069, and the department shall comply with <br>the applicable rules and regulations of the United States Department of Housing and <br>Urban Development, the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration, <br>the United States Environmental Protection Agency, and other federal agencies with <br>jurisdiction over issues concerning lead hazards.
