211.608 Confidentiality of rape crisis center clients' records.
Download pdfclient or former client of a rape crisis center are confidential and shall not be disclosed by
any person except as provided by law. The cabinet shall have access to client records,
requests for services, and reports relating to any rape crisis center for the limited purpose
of monitoring the center, and the cabinet shall promulgate an administrative regulation in
accordance with KRS Chapter 13A that will set forth the process by which access to these
documents will be gained, the nature of the monitoring that will take place, and the
measures to be used to ensure confidentiality of the people identified in the records. Effective: July 14, 2000
