211.394 Definitions for KRS 211.394 and 211.395.
Download pdf(1) "Department" means the Department for Public Health;
(2) "Eligible medical condition" means Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, irritable bowel syndrome or other inflammatory bowel disease, or any other medical
condition that requires immediate access to a toilet facility; and (3) "Person" means an individual who is lawfully on the premises of a public or semipublic building regulated by KRS 211.180. Effective: July 15, 2008
