There is hereby created in state government the Kentucky Early Intervention System to <br>provide services for infants and toddlers with a disability and their families. For <br>administrative purposes, the Kentucky Early Intervention System shall be attached to the <br>Cabinet for Health and Family Services. Effective: June 20, 2005 <br>History: Amended 2005 Ky.
