200.605 Funding of family preservation services. (1) The secretary for health and family services may redirect funds from amounts budgeted to serve children in out-of-home placement for the purposes of providing <br>family preservation services to children who would otherwise be removed from <br>their homes. (2) The secretary for health and family services may use any funds that become available through an increase in reimbursement of funds from Title 4-E of the <br>Social Security Act as amended by Pub. L. 96-272 for the purposes of providing <br>family preservation services to children who would otherwise be removed from <br>their homes. Effective: June 20, 2005 <br>History: Amended 2005 Ky.
