200.507 Date of formation of council. The secretary for health and family services, the designee of the State Department of <br>Education, and the executive director of the Administrative Offices of the Courts shall <br>ensure that the State Interagency Council for Services to Children with an Emotional <br>Disability is formed by August 1, 1990. No member of the State Interagency Council <br>shall receive compensation other than that received as a state employee. Effective: June 20, 2005 <br>History: Amended 2005 Ky.
