The Commission for Children with Special Health Care Needs shall make a biennial <br>report to the Governor showing the amount of money received and expended and a <br>detailed statement of its activities for such period. A copy of such report shall be <br>furnished each member of the General Assembly at its first session following the filing of <br>such report with the Governor.
