189.011 Additional definitions -- Application of light regulations. (1) As used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them: <br>(a) &quot;Authorized emergency vehicle&quot; shall mean any vehicle designated as such by KRS 189.910. (b) &quot;Wrecker&quot; shall mean a motor vehicle on which a wrecking crane and other equipment suitable for motor vehicle wrecker service has been permanently <br>mounted. (2) Provided, however, that the regulations in reference to lights shall not apply to common carrier motor vehicles whose equipment is regulated by the rules of the <br>Interstate Commerce Commission. (3) As used in this chapter, a driver's license shall mean an operator's license issued pursuant to KRS 186.412 and a commercial driver's license means a license issued <br>pursuant to KRS Chapter 281A.
