187.650 Insurance policy to show that public liability insurance not included.
Download pdfautomobile loans procures a policy of insurance for the purchaser of an automobile, new
or used, if such policy does not cover the insured as to public liability insurance, then
such person or institution shall cause to be stamped or written on the face of the
purchaser's copy of such policy a statement that such policy does not cover bodily injury
or property damage insurance. Effective: June 17, 1954
