(1) The Office for the Blind may contract, to the extent funds are available under this chapter and under conditions and standards established by the office, with any <br>nonprofit corporation able to provide expertise in the operation of workshops for <br>and rehabilitation of individuals who are blind or visually impaired and whose <br>objectives are to carry out the purposes of KRS 163.470(12). (2) The Office for the Blind shall contract with a nonprofit corporation, effective July 1, 2000, to provide industrial evaluation, training, and employment opportunities for <br>individuals who are blind or visually impaired.
