161.608 Computation of benefits of member who has an account with another state system. The provisions of KRS 61.680 are hereby recognized and shall be followed in computing <br>benefits of any member of the Teachers' Retirement System who also has an account with <br>the Kentucky Employees Retirement System, County Employees Retirement System, or <br>State Police Retirement System. Effective: July 13, 1990 <br>History: Repealed and reenacted 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 476, Pt. V, sec. 528, effective July 13, 1990. -- Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 128, sec. 38, effective March 26, 1974.
