161.170 Teachers to enforce course of study and use of books -- Removal for failure. Each teacher in the public schools shall enforce the course of study, the use of the legally <br>authorized textbooks, and the rules and regulations prescribed for the schools. If any <br>teacher willfully refuses or neglects to comply with the law or such rules and regulations, <br>the local superintendent may remove him at any time. When so removed the teacher shall <br>receive payment only for the time taught. Effective: July 13, 1990 <br>History: Amended 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 476, Pt.
