CHAPTER 161 SCHOOL EMPLOYEES -- TEACHERS' RETIREMENT AND TENURE
161.170 Teachers to enforce course of study and use of books -- Removal for failure.
Download pdfauthorized textbooks, and the rules and regulations prescribed for the schools. If any
teacher willfully refuses or neglects to comply with the law or such rules and regulations,
the local superintendent may remove him at any time. When so removed the teacher shall
receive payment only for the time taught. Effective: July 13, 1990
